Your Auckland Physiotherapist
Jasmin has always had a focus on working with people to achieve their goals. Originally, she learnt this through her involvement in extra-curricular activities whilst at high school locally at Macleans College. This passion developed into a health and movement focus through her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at AUT.
In her physiotherapy practice, she utilises a range of manual therapy techniques to address the causes of pain, biomechanical issues and loss of function. Techniques include massage, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilisation.
Her own personal experience of lower back and shoulder injuries developed her belief in the importance of the bigger picture when looking to better health through improved movement. She takes into consideration lifestyle modifications and promotes self-management through exercise and education.
She enjoys running, playing hockey and hiking to explore the beautiful country we live in. Jasmin has worked with both rugby and football teams where she enjoys practicing physiotherapy in the field.
